In Holi, each naturopathy consultation is entirely focused on the plant. We focus on plant food and its many benefits to the body and mind. Our naturopath, specialized for more than 10 years in plant and raw food, will accompany you with benevolence, whether for a food rebalancing or to respond to a health problem.

It will develop with you a personalized plan, combining plant food, medicinal plants, breathing techniques, movements, Qi Gong, acupressure and other natural methods, to allow your body to regain its balance and vitality. Why become a vegan?

At Holi, we chose to offer all our accompaniments through a 100% vegetable diet. We have practiced it ourselves for several years and have experimented with many consultants. Becoming a vegan is not a simple food choice: it is, in our opinion, the most appropriate mode of nutrition for human physiology. Our teeth, stomach and kidney system are naturally made to digest plants rather than animal products.

Plant feeding also helps to reduce inflammation and support vitality. Fruits and vegetables, rich in alkaline minerals and fibers, help balance the body, promote removal functions and support detoxification. Foods that are raw, alive and rich in nutrients offer a real revitalization, far superior to what can be provided by a meat diet, for sustainable energy and overall well-being.
