These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: « GTC ») govern sales of services and products offered by Holi-Raw Livingrepresented by Aymeric Guilbaud, acting as a self-entrepreneur, registered with SIRET [XXX XXX XXX XXXXX]whose head office is at Hyères, France.

1. Subject matter
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale of services and digital products offered by Holi-Raw Living.
2. Services and products offered
Holi-Raw Living proposes:
The naturopathy consultations online, customized and realized via video conferencing or telephone
The welfare programmes (digital files and/or accompaniment)
The e-books and downloadable resources
The full description of each service or product is available on the website. [indicate your website] or communicated before purchase.
3. Command and validation
Orders are made via the website or by direct contact with Holi-Raw Living.
The validation of a command implies the full and unqualified acceptance of these Terms of Reference.
For services (consultations, accompaniments), the reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the payment.
4. Rates and methods of payment
Prices are shown in euro, net of VAT (VAT not applicable – Article 293b of the CGI).
Payment may be made:
By credit card via a secure platform (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
By bank transfer
Payment is due immediately upon order, unless otherwise specified.
Access to a digital program or product will not be given until the complete regulation.
5. Digital products and access
Well-being programs and e-books are delivered as downloadable files or accessible via a link sent by email.
These contents are intended for strictly personal use. Any reproduction, broadcast or resale is prohibited without written permission from Holi-Raw Living.
6. Naturopathy consultations
The consultations are carried out remotely, by appointment.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information to allow optimal support.
Naturopathy is a practice of well-being and life hygiene, not medical. It does not replace medical follow-up or treatment.
7. Cancellation and deferral
Any cancellation or request for postponement of a consultation must be made at least 48 hours before The planned schedule.
In case of late cancellation or unreported absence, the meeting is due and no reimbursement will be made.
8. Right of withdrawal and reimbursement
Pursuant to article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Full service delivery before the end of the legal period
Digital content provided immediately after purchase and downloadable
Thus, no refund may be made after access to the product or after the performance of the benefit, unless there is a manifest error attributable to Holi-Raw Living.
9. Liability
Holi-Raw Living cannot be held responsible:
Use of advice provided, which remains the responsibility of the client
Results related to the implementation of recommendations
Disruptions or impossibility of access to products for technical reasons beyond its control
10. Intellectual property
All content, documents, programs, texts, videos, audios and e-books sold by Holi-Raw Living are protected by copyright.
No reproduction or distribution, even partial, is permitted without prior written agreement.
11. Personal data
The data collected during the order are used only in the context of the commercial relationship and are never resold.
The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his personal data by contacting Holi-Raw Living.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, a friendly solution will be sought as a matter of priority.
Otherwise, the dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
