In Holi, we believe that true well-being is global: it takes root in the body, mind, emotions... but also in our connection to the Earth. Our approach is deeply holistic. We believe that it is essential to respect your body every day, not only through a conscious diet, but also through practices that promote physical, mental and emotional balance. ECosting your rhythms, respecting your needs, slowing down when it's necessary... it's regaining the natural wisdom that everyone carries in itself.

But in a world where we have lost much of our instincts, it is sometimes necessary to be guided with kindness, to be supported in this path of return to oneself.

That is why at Holly, we are committed to supporting you with gentleness, clarity and humanity, sharing the knowledge that has transformed us.

We transmit tools from a variety of traditions and approaches such as naturopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, lyurveda, breathwork, body practices, sport, living diet... to help you regain a lasting, sincere and respectful health of your body, as well as the environment around you.

All these methods, we first experimented with ourselves and then integrated them into our accompaniment with many consultants. And all confirm one essential thing: when you take care of yourself in a comprehensive way physically, mentally, emotionally, the body naturally regains its balance.

But for us, personal well-being cannot exist without an ecological conscience. We are intimately linked to the planet that carries us, and we believe that taking care of ourselves goes hand in hand with respect for the living.

This is why we have chosen a 100% vegetable diet:

  • Because she respects the body, supporting her natural functions
  • Because it preserves natural resources, significantly reducing our environmental impact
  • Because it represents an ethical act, both for animals and for the future of future generations

Aymeric – Nurse and Naturopath specializing in plant nutrition

Before turning to natural approaches, I practiced as a nurse. For more than two years, I worked in various hospital services. Very quickly, I was struck: more and more young people suffered from heavy pathologies... and were often treated symptomatically, with aggressive treatments. The most striking thing was what they were served: processed meals, low in nutrients...

How can we heal if we don't really feed the body? This question prompted us to look elsewhere. I turned to naturopathy, a global approach to health that opened up to other dimensions: breathing, movement, rest, managing emotions, but also the power of living in our diet.

Very sensitive to ecological and ethical issues, I naturally turned to plant food, as it was essential for me that my well-being did not have an impact on my environment.

Over the years, I have trained in various complementary techniques: plantar reflexology, auriculotherapy, endonasal reflexology, iridology, massages and breathwork. But I didn't just learn them — I experienced them all on myself, long, patiently. And I saw their transformative effects, both on me and on the many people I accompanied.

Among these practices, it was the living diet that changed the most. It has reconnected to a deep energy, to a new clarity. Formed with Irene Grosjean, I understood how much it can be a medicine, provided that it is respectful of the body, simple, natural, vibrant.

But I also realized that nothing works alone. What heals is the balance between all these elements: a diet that really feeds, a breath that circulates freely, a body in motion, a calm mind, a deep bond with oneself and the living.

Today, I propose a holistic approach, deeply rooted in practice. I share what I learned not as a frozen truth, but as a way I myself have gone. — and continues to inspire every day.

Jade – Naturopath and masseuse

Naturopath of formation, I very soon became interested in plant feeding. Sensitive to environmental issues, I wanted to make more conscious choices on a daily basis. It was by telling me that I understood how much our diet had a direct impact on the planet. Today, in my opinion, 100% plant food is one of the most concrete and powerful ways to respect the Earth. But beyond this ecological commitment, I also discovered the profound benefits of this diet on my health. By adopting a living diet, I regained more energy, better digestion, a clearer mind, and a more stable emotional balance. It is a diet that nourishes in depth, while being simple, natural and vibrant.

I rediscovered the pleasure of cooking, leaving more room for intuition and creativity. Each recipe became an exploration, each food a new discovery.

In parallel, I explored other natural approaches to accompany the body in its entirety: massages, reflexologies, yoga, breathing... All these techniques I experienced on myself, and I quickly realized that they were not functioning in isolation. On the contrary: they complement each other, reinforce each other and work in synergy.

Together with a living diet, these practices become real pillars of sustainable well-being. Together, they allow the body to regenerate, the mind to calm down, and the energy to circulate better.
